Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Houston, TX, to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You’ll greet guests, operate the POS, manage pricing and stock, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operation policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).</br>Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors following guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
