Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and explain store offerings clearly.
• Willingness to learn and promote Target benefits and services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• When guests need help, engage politely to solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities and events.
• Know the tools, products, and services available in-store to resolve guest issues and improve experience.
• Thank guests and encourage enrollment in Target Loyalty programs when appropriate.
• Operate scan and bag processes efficiently and safely, following safety standards.
• Help guests understand and use the Target App features and services (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up).
• Assist with returns and follow register prompts, collaborating with Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage stock during open hours.
