Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with guests, answer questions, and help resolve issues while delivering a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

You will assist guests with promotions, loyalty sign-ups, and using the Target App, Drive Up, and Order Pick-Up options. Flexibility for varied shifts and a strong focus on customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and explain store offerings.
• Make guests aware of current promos and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately, maintaining food safety and efficiency.
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
