Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide exceptional guest service in our store. You will greet guests, help solve their needs, promote benefits, and guide them through pickup, drive-up, and online ordering features.

Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. You will work a flexible schedule, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest service experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and communicate promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Assist guests with order pickup, drive-up, and online ordering features.
• Follow Target policies, escalate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
