Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate who will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced store setting. You will greet guests, assist with daily tasks, and guide them through promos and loyalty programs while staying informed about store products and services.

Responsibilities include scanning, bagging, and helping guests use features in the Target App, including Order Pickup and Drive Up. You’ll work with a team, adapt to peak times, and uphold safety standards daily.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to learn and use Target App features and drive-up operations.

Responsibilities

• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve questions.
• Promote Target Loyalty and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Understand and explain Target App features and Drive Up options.
• Support order pickup and drive-up services and adhere to policies.
