Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and promote loyalty programs. You will help guests navigate promo offers, drive-up and order pickup services, and answer questions about the Target App. The role emphasizes a service-first mindset, safety, and teamwork in a busy retail setting.

You will engage with customers, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive store experience while maintaining efficiency and accuracy at checkout and in-store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.

• Assist with instructions on Target App features and services (OPU, Drive Up, etc.).
• Operate checkout operations and support cash handling as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and assist teams as required.
