Job summary

Global Partners LP is looking for a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, keep the store clean, replenish stock, and assist management with vendor communications. This role requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and shifts.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Availability for flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Work in varying temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Count, read and write to complete paperwork and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Replenish products and respond to guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Log in/out vendors and support merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform duties in a timely manner as directed by management.
