Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. Since 1933, the company emphasizes people, customers, and communities while fostering growth and reliability.

In this role, you will greet guests, operate the POS, perform housekeeping, replenish stock, and collaborate with management on vendor and inventory projects. The position requires flexibility across shifts and physical capabilities as listed.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Able to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors following guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
