Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience and assist with all store tasks. The role supports safety, comfort and efficiency on the shop floor, including POS operations and inventory replenishment.

Greet guests, handle basic cash tasks, and maintain cleanliness and order. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer service and community presence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery and tobacco levels as needed.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
