Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to greet and assist guests effectively and resolve questions.
• Comfort with dynamic store environments and adapting to changing tasks.
• Willingness to use handheld scanners and store technology as directed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a friendly, helpful experience.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Explain benefits, promos, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Support order pickup and drive-up processes, and assist with returns/exchanges as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and guest needs.
