Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to greet guests, respond to inquiries and help with returns or exchanges. You will support a friendly, efficient checkout experience and promote Target Loyalty programs. This role requires flexible hours and the ability to stand for extended periods in a busy store environment.

As part of the Service & Engagement team, you’ll learn about products, online ordering tools, and drive-up options while delivering strong guest service and store cleanliness.
