Job summary

SafeSplash is seeking a Customer Care Associate to warmly welcome families, assist with inquiries, and support lead conversion and retention on-site. Training is provided and the role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and outstanding service in a child-focused swim school environment.

Prominent duties include front desk operations, attendance tracking, and responsive communication by phone, email, or in person. Flexible hours and benefits for 30+ hours per week are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being agile and taking initiative.
• Comfortable working in and around water, with children and parents.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including terms and conditions processing, aged accounts follow-up, and attendance tracking.
• Answer all incoming phone calls within three rings and return messages promptly.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure smooth class operations.
• Assist with facility cleanliness and front desk operations.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures for readiness.
