Job summary

SafeSplash in Tulsa is seeking a Customer Care Associate to be the welcoming face of our swim school. You will support lead conversion, retention, and smooth front desk operations in a high-energy, child-centered environment.

Responsibilities include greeting families, guiding tours, handling inquiries by phone/email, and ensuring excellent customer experiences while coordinating with instructors and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while taking initiative.
• Comfortable working in and around water with children and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including front desk tasks and attendance tracking.
• Answer all incoming calls and return messages promptly.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records for smooth class operations.
• Assist with facility cleanliness and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers and greet them by name.
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and empathy and de-escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with instructors and managers to ensure smooth operations.
