Dave & Buster’s in Pittsburgh is hiring for a Winner’s Circle Team Member to welcome Guests and guide them through the Midway experience. You’ll deliver friendly, high-energy service while assisting Guests with questions, games, and dining.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and the flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. At least 16 years old, you’ll join a team focused on a fun, fast-paced environment and great benefits.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a memorable Guest experience with a mix of food, drinks and games.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes action or suggests alternatives.
• Provides timely service while managing wait times and informing Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests warmly and performs multiple job functions with enthusiasm.
• Assists Guests with requests and makes recommendations on items.
• Notifies management for unhappy Guests and escalates as needed.
• Maintains accurate ticketing and inventory controls.
