Job summary

Dave & Buster's is looking for a friendly, energetic team member to welcome guests in the Winner's Circle and guide their Midway experience. You will provide prompt, helpful service, answer questions, and make recommendations while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with requests, and communicating effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth guest experience. Physical tasks and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Walk or stand for long periods; lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience with food, drinks and games.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Assist guests with requests and product recommendations.
• Notify management of unhappy guests and escalate as needed.
• Support merchandise displays and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle area.
