Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring for a Winner's Circle team member to welcome guests and guide them through the Midway experience. You will deliver great service in a fast-paced, fun environment with flexible scheduling to fit school or other jobs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes prompt corrective action when necessary.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions and making recommendations.
