Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a friendly, energetic team member for the Winner’s Circle. You will welcome Guests, guide them through the Midway experience, and help with questions about games, food, and merchandise. The role supports fast-paced service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting Guests, stocking displays, and maintaining store organization while coordinating with Supervisors to resolve issues and ensure a positive visit. Must be 16 or older.

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanor and ability to smile regularly.
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to read and write handwritten notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and guidance in the Winner’s Circle.
• Assist Guests with requests and answer questions; make recommendations.
• Manage game-related inquiries and notify technicians or management as needed.
• Greet Guests, ensure satisfaction, and invite return visits.
• Maintain merchandise displays, stock, and inventory accuracy.
• Support team members to foster a cooperative work environment.
