Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Winner’s Circle team member to greet guests warmly, guide them through the Midway experience, and provide friendly service across food, drinks and games. You will handle guest requests, offer recommendations, and coordinate with maintenance for game support to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.

Responsibilities include managing order flow, assisting teammates, and maintaining a welcoming, energetic atmosphere across shifts while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests leaving.
• Notifies Manager of any Guest that is perceived to be unhappy.
