Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting. The Winner’s Circle role focuses on welcoming guests and guiding them through the Midway experience, while helping ensure a positive first impression.

You will greet guests with enthusiasm, help with questions, and coordinate with teammates and managers to keep service smooth. Must be at least 16 years old and available for flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with distractions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unmatched guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action when needed.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests and team members.
• Greets guests with enthusiasm and assists with requests and recommendations.
• Provides game assistance and notifies management as needed.
• Maintains merchandise displays and inventory and ensures areas are clean and organized.
