Qualifications

• Front-end duties including cashiering and guest assistance.
• Ability to perform money order and Western Union transactions.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and pricing issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operation of payment and postal machines.
• Support front-end and store operations through cashier interventions and adjustments.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager during absences.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and related transactions.
