Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and provide remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, money orders, Western Union, and postal services.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and price discrepancies.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager as needed.
