Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. seeks a Guest Services Representative to provide remarkable guest service at the front end, handling money orders, Western Union, postal services and other store transactions.

You will support cashiering, assist guests with returns, refunds, and exchanges, and perform cashier accuracy checks while backing up the Guest Service Manager when needed. Qualifications

• Experience in front-end cashiering and basic store transactions.
• Ability to handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Comfort with operating money order and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and deliver remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating payment/bookkeeping machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; conduct cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager when needed.
