You will handle 120–125 guest interactions daily, coordinating with service and sales to ensure seamless experiences, and embodying the One Price, One Person

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Make every guest calling in feel valued and heard.
• Engage with current guests and new prospects to schedule appointments or provide guidance.
• Listen carefully to each guest's needs before guiding them to the right department.
• Build trust by communicating clearly and following through on every commitment.
• Maintain meaningful conversations across phone, text, and email.
• Help our service and sales teams create seamless guest experiences.
• Manage approximately 120-125 guest interactions daily while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Look for easy opportunities to exceed guest expectations instead of simply meeting them.
