Job summary

Avondale Dealerships is seeking a Sales Experience Associate to learn and execute the Avondale sales process, perform product presentations, and help prepare vehicles for delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; you will engage with clients, support trade-ins, and participate in deliveries while adhering to privacy and information security policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement the Avondale Sales Process (One Touch).
• Learn and utilize Auto Alert to prospect for opportunities within SEM’s client base.
• Learn and conduct deliveries (including off-site deliveries).
• Learn and perform product presentations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the inventory and product, including specs, colors, options, and competitive advantages.
• Pull cars from inventory and greet clients as needed.
• Assist with appraisal of trade-ins and get cars ready for deliveries (prep center, cleaning, fueling).
• Transport cars to offsite locations (dealer trades).
• Assist the Sales Experience Manager in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Know and adhere to Avondale Privacy and Information Security Policies.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Graduate to the SEM position once eligibility is determined.
