Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, process transactions, and support store operations. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store while delivering friendly service.

In this role, you will handle POS duties, assist with vendor interactions, and participate in ongoing onboarding and training. Flexible hours are required, and the company offers competitive benefits including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills to perform checkout and records.
• Reliable transportation to report to shifts.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures (outdoors, cooler).
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including floor, stock and register.
• Accurate counting and paperwork; completion of required forms.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience for all.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale system per corporate standards, manage cash and lottery/tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Replenish products and communicate guest or vendor requests to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
