Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experiences and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, process transactions, and keep shelves stocked while following safety and quality policies.

The role supports team members across shifts with flexible hours and a focus on accuracy in cash handling. Training and onboarding are provided by the Talent Acquisition team as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest experiences is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle cash accurately.
• Willingness to work day, night, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Perform routine store housekeeping duties.
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
