Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate at a store location in Seneca, SC. You will greet guests, help them find products, and ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience while completing transactions and supporting store operations.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay composed in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable explaining services like Drive Up and Order Pick-Up. Training is provided and shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with guests to provide a welcoming experience.
• Ability to resolve guest questions and issues on the spot.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find items.
• Assist peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude during shifts.
• Explain and demonstrate features like Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and the Target App benefits to guests.
