Guest Services team is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the service counter, handling money orders, Western Union, and other transactions with accuracy. You’ll support front-end operations and assist with returns and coupon adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end cashiering and guest service.
• Ability to perform cashiering, bagging and basic cash settlements.
• Experience with money orders and Western Union.
• Comfort with returns, refunds, and coupon adjustments.
