Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest service at the Guest Service Counter and support front-end operations with cash handling and special transactions.

You will assist guests with various services (money orders, Western Union, postage, etc.), handle returns and coupon refunds, and help maintain store standards through accurate cashiering and problem resolution. Coborn’s offers a strong team environment and employee-owned benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Support front-end and store operations through cashier interventions and unique transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, refunds, exchanges, and price adjustments.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service staff and management in absence.
