Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is looking for a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable customer service at the Guest Service Counter, handling money orders, Western Union, and various store services in addition to standard cashier duties.

You will support front-end operations, assist with returns and price adjustments, and back up the Guest Service Manager when needed. Coborn's offers employee discounts and comprehensive benefits to eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and support store operations through cashier interventions, transaction reversals, and other transactions.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, money orders, Western Union, postal services, and related duties.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and other inquiries while maintaining accuracy.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and communicate issues to store management as needed.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
