In this role you will engage guests on the floor, perform transactions, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional store experience. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide product education by articulating the value and benefits of our products.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
