The Educator role is foundational, engaging guests, driving positive experiences, and partnering with leadership to ensure an exceptional store environment aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests' time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Support seamless end-to-end guest experiences including omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
