Job summary

ASM Global -- Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative. You will greet guests, scan tickets, and escort attendees to their seats while staffing the Guest Relations Desk.

Maintain a positive public image through courteous interactions with guests, employees, and vendors. You will enforce venue policies, respond to inquiries, and assist with emergencies, working flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and communicate clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide directions.
• Scan tickets and escort guests to their seats.
• Staff the Guest Relations Desk and respond to inquiries.
