Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide event information and directions.
• Enforce facility policies and address questions or complaints.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate escalation.
• Direct guests to seats and staff the Guest Relations Desk.
• Manage access, lost and found, and maintain records.
• Provide clear venue information and directions in English.
