Job summary

Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part-Time Operations Specialist to assist with moving and placing event equipment, cleaning and maintaining the facility. The role requires light to moderate physical tasks and friendly guest interaction, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position is part-time with an hourly rate and regular attendance in accordance with ASM Global policies. Prior experience in custodial or meeting setup is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years custodial/janitorial/meeting setup experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Must read simple English.

Responsibilities

• Move and set up chairs, tables, stages and other equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Clean and maintain facility; handle janitorial tasks.
• Review event documents and assist with setups/dismantles.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in all areas.
