ASM Global Mayo Civic Center is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to greet guests, provide event information, and assist with directions. You will enforce facility policies and escalate issues to Security or Supervisors as needed, ensuring safety and a positive guest experience.

The role requires clear English communication, basic computer skills (Word/Outlook), and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year in a customer service role.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 4–6 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests enthusiastically.
