Job summary

Oxford Collection Hotels is seeking energetic front desk associates to deliver outstanding guest services at our Portland‑area properties. You will handle check‑in/check‑out, process payments, and provide information on local attractions with a guest‑first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out and processing payments.
• Offer information on hotel amenities, local area offerings, and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest confidentiality.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues using Oxford Guest Recovery method, and communicate with other departments.
