Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Strong guest service orientation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure, including bell/valet duties as needed.
• Perform check-in/check-out and process payments.
• Provide hotel information, amenities, packages, and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Document guest requests and resolve issues using Oxford Guest Recovery methodology.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately at checkout.
• Support housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
