Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents to create memorable first impressions for guests. You will handle check-in/check-out, provide information on hotel amenities, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Ideal candidates have a customer-service mindset, hospitality experience is a plus, and you will contribute to a teamwork-driven environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide check-in/check-out for guests courteously and efficiently.
• Offer information about hotel services, local area, and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and handle transactions accurately.
• Resolve guest issues using Oxford Guest Recovery method and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.
