Job summary

Camelback Resort is seeking a Guest Services Agent in the Guest Services department. You will welcome guests, assist with tickets, waivers, season passes, and Lost & Found, and provide information about activities and schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong listening, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone by welcoming guests and creating a warm, inviting experience.
• Be the Camelback expert by helping guests with tickets, activities, season passes, waivers, IDs, lockers, event tickets, and Lost & Found.
• Process guest purchases and payments using cash, credit cards, gift cards, coupons, and vouchers.
• Provide accurate information about Camelback Resort locations, schedules, and offerings.
• Listen to guest concerns, resolve issues with care, and process refunds when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, fun guest experience.
• Apply guest-resolution strategies to de-escalate situations and issue refunds when appropriate.
