Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• PM availability and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in with accurate information.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about resort facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
