Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Guest Services team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Greet and welcome guests in accordance with Camelback Resort service standards.
• Assist guests with service issues, questions, complaints, and special requests.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding Camelback Resort operations, attractions, and services.
• Train, coach, and support Guest Services Agents with daily tasks and problem resolution.
• Operate and assist others with Guest Services computer systems and software.
• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to guests.
• Follow cash handling and credit card processing procedures.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment.
