Job summary

Camelback Resorts in Tannersville, PA is seeking an Ambassador for Guest Services to warmly welcome guests, provide information, and help ensure a safe, organized arrival experience across the resort. You will greet visitors, direct them to entrances and services, assist with ticketing and shuttle directions, and help manage crowds outdoors in all weather while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to give clear directions and information about resort locations, services, and attractions.
• Ability to direct guest lines and maintain organized traffic flow in high-traffic areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to speak/read English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
• Direct guests to the appropriate resort areas, entrances, and services.
• Help manage guest lines and traffic flow for ticketing and rentals through designated entrance points.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases and ticket redemption as needed.
• Help redirect guests to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion throughout the resort.
• Maintain and monitor the Fireside Lounge to ensure the area remains organized and welcoming.
• Observe and monitor shuttle bus stops, assisting guests with directions and general questions as needed.
• Work outdoors for extended periods while assisting guests at resort entrances and other designated locations.
