The Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Guest Services team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and assistance with inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Guest Services team members to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Greet and welcome guestsin accordance withCamelback Resort service standards.
• Assistguests with service issues, questions, complaints, and special requests.
• Answer guest inquiriesregardingall aspects of Camelback Resort operations, attractions, and services.
• Ensure Guest Services policies and procedures are current and communicated effectively to team members.
• Train, coach, and support Guest Services Agents with daily tasks, questions, and problem resolution.
• Operate andassistothers with Guest Services computer systems and software.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provideaccurateinformation to guests.
• Follow all cash handling and credit card processing policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned duties and responsibilities ina timelyand efficient manner.
• Promote a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experiencepreferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to speak and read English;additionallanguages are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (typically 8-hour shift).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light objects up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Abilityto tolerateexposure to busy or noisy work areas.Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
