Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and provide assistance to help them find what they need.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and follow store procedures.
• Assist peers and support team in other areas as needed.
• Promote and explain current promos, store activities, and Target App features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
• Support order pickup, Drive Up, and online ordering processes for guest convenience.
