Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with needs, and help ensure a friendly, easy shopping experience. You will guide guests through store features, promos, and loyalty programs, while maintaining a clean and efficient checkout area.

Role involves multitasking in a high-activity environment, using scanners and the Target App, promoting services, and resolving guest concerns with a positive attitude. Training provided.

Responsibilities
