The role includes breakfast service, bar duties, and cross-training at the front desk, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escorts VIPs to rooms and checks them in before arrival.
• Answers phone promptly and assists or transfers queries.
• Manages bank and cash handling with accurate reporting.
• Keeps front desk area clean and organized.
• Follows privacy procedures when handling guest data.
• Assists with lobby activation and other duties as needed.
• Performs additional tasks to meet business objectives.
