Placements24 is seeking a warm and professional Guest Relations Officer to join a hospitality team in East London. You will be the primary contact for guests from booking to checkout, addressing needs and resolving issues to ensure an outstanding stay.

The role requires empathy, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to service, with responsibilities including welcoming guests, handling inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and F&B, and maintaining guest records to support service

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role in hospitality is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
