HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Knoxville, TN seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service and support daily front desk operations. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and coordinate with team members to keep the lobby running smoothly.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, training, and problem resolution, with a focus on compliance with hotel standards and guest satisfaction across our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel and lift as required with/without accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Warm, professional demeanor reflecting the company culture.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, attentive face of the hotel, providing a warm welcome and assistance.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and share information about services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support team performance and contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel success.
