lululemon in the United States is seeking a dedicated Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and authentically reflect our community and culture.

As a foundational role, you will help drive excellent service, collaborate with teammates, and participate in store operations while maintaining a premium store environment that aligns with our values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a great guest experience; provide customized solutions and product education
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and smooth store operations
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock items according to company standards
• Operate in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and uphold safety policies
